Nigerian street pop legend Gabriel Oche, popularly known as Terry G has announced his retirement from the Music Industry. 

The ‘Akpako Master’ crooner made this known through his Instagram page. He expressed his gratitude to his fans who has long embraced his sound for their support throughout his carrer. 

“It’s been a journey “ he captioned the heartfelt video in which he announced his retirement. 

Terry G, rose to fame with his vibrant style of music that blended Dancehall with Gyration and White Garment church music with which he captivated listeners in the late 2000s.

Throughout his career, Terry G consistently pushed the boundaries of musical expression, blending traditional Nigerian sounds with Dancehall for a unique take that made for a dynamic sound.
