The millions of Football loving Nigerians are in search of Servant Leaders who will Hold in Trust the Management of the beautiful game (Football) for a period of Four (4) years with the possibility of renewal of engagement based on performance.

QUALIFICATION(S).

1. Must be a Football Stakeholder. Must have many years experience and verifiable involvement in football activities.

2. Must have capacity to lead himself and others. He MUST be a good and careful driver of the people he leads.

3. He MUST have capacity to galvanize the Stakeholders into a formidable force that has focus and driven by purpose of the common goal of Football growth and development.

4. The person MUST be a round peg in a round hole. 

5. The right person must possess the capacity to LEAD every affiliate of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and treat every member fairly and not take actions that will aggravate agitations into major crisis.

6. He/She MUST show his/her plans to take Football in Nigeria to greater heights. Such a candidate should present blueprint for the effective and efficient Administration of the following subsidiaries:-

- The Nigeria Premier League (NPL);

- The Nigeria National League (NNL);

- The Nigeria Nationwide League (NLO);

- The Nigeria Women Professional League (NWPL);

- MUST show plans on how to ensure that the emergence of the Leaders in Football Administration in the 36 States and FCT are improved upon by providing a level playing ground for the participation of stakeholders;

7. The right candidate MUST ensure equity and fairness to all groups that make up the NFF Congress;

8. The needed administrator MUST have capacity to create wealth and work towards making Football a contributor to Nigeria's Gross Domestic Product (GDP);

9. The person MUST have a good plan for Grassroots Football Development;

10. The needed administrator MUST be proactive in the prevention of CRISIS in addition to having the capacity for Crisis Management;

11. The needed administrator MUST be accountable to the stakeholders;

12. The needed administrator MUST possess the quality of Servant Leader;

13. The right person MUST possess any other qualities that may not have been mentioned here.
