The Chairman of Nigeria Nationwide League One club, Peace FC of Awka, Engr. Ifunanya Nwangwu has bagged a honorary doctorate degree.

The honorary doctorate degree (honoris causa) was awarded to the young entrepreneur, realtor and sports administrator on the occasion of the convocation ceremony of the Prowess University, Delaware, USA.

In a blossoming profile Engr. Ifunanya Baruch Nwangwu who hails from Obosi in Idemili North LGA of Anambra State is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nolun Chattels Limited, a fast-growing indigenous real estate company located in Awka, the administrative capital of Anambra State. 

Engr. Nwangwu, a reputable realtor, who carved a niche in Real Estate is renowned for his sincere, transparent, kind, accommodating, supportive and philanthropic approach to life in general.

With over a decade of impact in the real estate industry, Nolun Chattels as Nwangwu's brainchild has distinguished itself in different phases of real estate, building construction, and real estate consultancy. 

Engr. Nwangwu's visionary leadership has elevated his company's profile as it is currently undertaking landmark projects, including but are not limited to: Sir Bou Anozie Estate in Awka, Excel City Estate in Enugu-Agidi, Excel City Phase II Ukwulu, Placid Estate in Igbariam, and Placid Estate Phase II in Nando, all in Anambra State, and Serenity City Estate in Epe, Lagos State.

Before venturing into real estate, Engr. Nwangwu built an impressive career in information technology and database administration. He served with AfriHUB Nigeria, Global Mckens Nigeria Ltd, and Jimob Technologies, among which he rose to become a Hardware Designer, Database Administrator, Head of Marketing and Strategies, Training Manager, and Branch Manager. 

Nwangwu's work in ICT focused on database design, security, and training, equipping organizations with robust solutions for growth and efficiency.

Engr. Nwangwu holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka. He is also an Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), with additional certifications in ICT solutions and project design.
