The Lagos State Football Association (LSFA) has signed a three-year Exclusive Broadcast Rights and Production Agreement worth ₦100 million with Cloud Sports Limited, marking a major step toward professionalizing football in the state.
Under the agreement, Cloud Sports will manage the exclusive broadcast and production of LSFA matches, including live games and highlights, ensuring wider reach, improved content quality, and increased commercial opportunities.
The partnership adopts a hybrid model combining cash investment and value-in-kind support. This includes the provision of 300 footballs to 79 affiliated clubs and a one-day professional training programme for 79 Media Officers participating in the 2025/2026 Lagos FA Cup.
LSFA Chairman, Hajji Gafar Liameed, described the deal as a strategic move to elevate grassroots football broadcasting and unlock new commercial potential.
He expressed appreciation to Cloud Sports for its confidence and investment, noting that despite existing challenges, Lagos football remains a multi-billion-naira enterprise with vast growth potential.
