Igbo People Go Support Tinubu for 2027 – APC Leader George Agbakahi

George Agbakahi, Southeast Leader of the Tinubu Support Organisation and member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), don declare say the Igbo people go support President Bola Tinubu for re-election in 2027.
Naija News reports say Agbakahi talk this on Monday during interview with Arise Television, noting that the Igbo have “learned lessons” from the 2023 elections and now want to be fully involved in Nigeria’s mainstream politics.
He hail Tinubu for the progress he has made in improving the welfare of Nigerians, particularly in the South-East, and expressed confidence that many APC leaders and top politicians have endorsed the President’s second term bid.
Agbakahi added that the Southeast APC leadership and grassroots members are ready to unite and vote overwhelmingly for Tinubu, even as he acknowledged that politics is dynamic and many factors will shape the 2027 elections.
He said,
“Igbos want to be in the mainstream politics of Nigeria. Southeast APC leadership and the people in the periphery have endorsed the President of this great country for a second tenure, and we have no doubt that he will win this election. There are certain issues that occurred in the 2023 elections and we have learned from them – the issue of lack of unity among APC members in the Southeast.”
The statement underscores the APC’s push to consolidate support in the South-East ahead of the 2027 general elections.
