The action-packed day kicked off with a thrilling Nigeria National League derby. Hammed Adepoju's early strike was matched by Adelani Shola, leaving the first half evenly poised.

Smart City delivered a devastating blow to Oga Boys in the final moments, with Monday Emmanuel and Ibrahim Fuad sealing the victory, while Chibuike Prestige's own goal added to the drama.

In a tense battle, Broad City fought hard against 36 Lion, but goals from Bangoura Mohammed and Oluwafemi Opeyemi secured the win, extinguishing Broad City's hopes.
