After ejaculation, semen may be noticeable as a thick, whitish fluid.

Some semen may leak out shortly after intercourse.

Rarely, uterine muscles may react slightly after ejaculation.

Around ovulation, cervical mucus may become sticky or clear; semen can mix with it.

 6. No immediate symptoms
Most of the time, there are no visible signs, and pregnancy is the only potential result.

 7. Pregnancy symptoms later
The true sign sperm successfully fertilized an egg comes days later, not immediately: missed period, breast tenderness, mild nausea, fatigue.
