Organizers of the Unity Preseason Football Tournament have extended warm birthday wishes to the Chief Operating Officer of the Nationwide League One (NLO), Dr. Olushola Ogunnowo, praising his contributions to the growth of grassroots football in Nigeria.

 

In a congratulatory message released on Thursday, the General Coordinator of the Unity Preseason Tournament Patrick Ngwaogu (Odogwu) commended Dr. Ogunnowo for his dedication and leadership in advancing football development across the country.

 

The coordinator described the NLO official as a committed administrator whose efforts have continued to strengthen the structure of lower-tier football leagues and create opportunities for emerging talents.

 

“We celebrate a remarkable football administrator whose passion for the development of the game at the grassroots level has been evident through his work with the NLO,” the statement read.

 

He further wished Dr. Ogunnowo continued success, good health, and many more years of impactful service to Nigerian football.
