Football fever is set to grip Gwagwalada once again as the Super 8 phase of the 20th edition of the Gwagwalada Football League gets underway on Saturday, November 15, 2025. The much-anticipated tournament, organized by the league’s committee, features the top eight teams from the 26 that participated in this year’s competition.

 

According to the fixtures released by the organizing committee, the eight teams have been divided into two groups of four.

 

Group A will see Sheikhandam FC, Ejiwumi FC, Desert Warriors, and Inspiration FC battling for a spot in the final, while Group B includes Bocknor FC, NIMMA FC, Medical Feeders, and Excel FC.

 

The Super 8 promises intense rivalries and thrilling football action over three consecutive weekends.
