The Pay offered me as Super Eagles coach is good enough -- Finidi George
By Aiyeku Timothy
Super Eagles gaffer Finidi George says the pay offered him in the contract with the Nigeria Football Federation (NNF) is good enough at the moment.
This is as he dismissed worries and concerns over his contract terms, compared to his predecessor, who is a foreigner.
George made this claim during his unveiling ceremony at the substantial handler of the nation’s senior national team at the MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja, on Monday.
"I know money is good, but I think if you add value to what you are doing, the money definitely will come. So, I am not quite worried about what the former coach was getting.
"What am getting is good for me at the moment, and the moment I add value to what I am going to do, I think the money will come.
"It's going to be that the Hon. Minister and NFF will call me and say Coach, how much do you want?"
" For me, it's all about work , work, and add value. So long as the team is going to win, money is going to come definitely"
