TG Omori Says His Six-Month Medical Bills Could Buy Two GLEs and a C300

Popular Nigerian music video director ThankGod Omori, popularly known as TG Omori, has revealed that his medical expenses over the past six months could have purchased two Mercedes-Benz GLEs and a C300—vehicles worth hundreds of millions of naira.
Omori made the revelation via his X (formerly Twitter) handle on Sunday, stressing the importance of good health.
“Saw my 6 months health expenses, Omo—2 GLE and one small C300, bro! Health is wealth true true,” he wrote.
The acclaimed director, known for his work with some of Nigeria’s biggest music stars, underwent a kidney transplant at St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos in August 2024.
TG Omori previously credited his survival to his only brother, who selflessly donated one of his kidneys for the life-saving procedure.
His recent post has sparked renewed conversations about the high cost of healthcare in Nigeria and the importance of early diagnosis and access to quality medical support.
