Super Eagles Winger Moses Simon Continues Philanthropic Efforts with Donation to Benue State FA
Super Eagles and Nantes winger Moses Simon has once again demonstrated his commitment to giving back to his community by donating football kits and equipment to the Benue State Football Association (FA). This generous contribution was received by the Benue FA chairman, Barrister Paul Edeh.
Simon, known for his philanthropic acts, has a history of supporting his home state. During the tenure of former Governor Samuel Ortom, he made significant donations to Benue State and selected local talents to join the Simoiben Academy through a scouting program. His charitable projects have also included providing social amenities, school supplies for students, and sports equipment and kits.
"Moses Simon's dedication to philanthropy is a testament to his character and commitment to his roots," said Barrister Paul Edeh. "His contributions have had a tremendous impact on the youth and the community at large."
A few days ago, Simon further cemented his ties with his heritage by meeting with the Och'Idoma of Idomaland, His Royal Highness Eliagwu Odogbo John. During this meeting, he pledged his support for programs aimed at youth capacity building and community development.
Simon’s continuous efforts to uplift his community highlight his belief that charity begins at home. His actions have not only provided much-needed resources but also inspired many young people in Benue State to pursue their dreams in sports and education.
Moses Simon, a true son of Benue, remains a beacon of hope and an exemplary role model for many. His ongoing commitment to philanthropy and community support is a source of pride for all Nigerians.
