Nigeria National League (NNL) side Solution FC has unveiled Cameroonian-born Emmanuel Deutcsh as the new head coach of the club for the 2024/25 season and as well confirmed the acquisition of 21 new additions to strengthen the team.

Deutcsh replaces departed Anthony Encho whose abridged stint with the club came to an end last season.

Speaking to the media shortly after his unveiling at the Awka City Stadium on Thursday, 5th December 2024, Coach Deutcsh said the task is to build a formidable side that can compete for honours in Nigerian football circus and ensure the team secures the playoffs spot for NPFL promotion at the end of season.

"Let me use this opportunity to thank the management of Solution FC, the Sports Commission and Anambra State Government for finding me worthy for this position as the Head Coach of the team. I can assure you that am here to build a strong and formidable team that can compete for honours in all fronts of Nigerian Club football.

"We support from my technical crew, we will ensure the fans are happy as we they will watch good football and we will work hard to secure a playoff spot that will put us in a good position to secure NPFL promotion," Deutcsh said.

Also speaking, Chairman of Solution FC, Chief Chukwuma Ezeamama stated that the club decided to go for the cameroonian tactician owing to his wealth of experience in football coaching and management. Chief Ezeamama affirmed that Coach Deutcsh has the pedigree to take Solution FC to the Nigeria Premier Football League come next season, he also disclosed that the Anambra club has made some valuable additions to the side to strengthen the core of the team in anticipation of the season.

On his part, Chairman of the Anambra State Sports Development Commission (ASSDC), Mr. Patrick Estate Onyedum disclosed that the target set for Coach Deutcsh and the team is to get to the playoffs spot and possibly secure promotion to the top tier of Nigerian Club football. The ASSDC boss called for support from all stakeholders in ensuring that Solution FC get to the promise land.

Emmanuel Deutcsh previously had stints as Head Coach for Premier League clubs such as Abia Warriors, Akwa United, Heartland FC and Delta Force. The football tactician has also managed Calabar Rovers, JC Raiders, Jute FC and Sunshine Stars.

Solution FC retained their NNL status last season by finishing 7th position on the log at the end of last season and will kick off their quest for glory for the 2024/25 season against Rovers FC on Friday, 6th December 2024 at the Awka City Stadium, Anambra State.
