Gbégbé don burst for Ijegun area of Lagos as members of the Oodua People’s Congress (OPC) hold one mechanic wey allegedly no gree pay woman after dem do the do.

 

According to eyewitnesses, the man, wey dem talk say dey his 30s, agree with the woman say him go pay her ₦3,000 after dem knack. But after everything, the mechanic come refuse to pay, and na there wahala start.

 

The woman, wey wear jean jacket, begin raise serious alarm for street, shout say the man use her without payment. Residents gather as the matter dey hot, and OPC members for the area quickly step in to hold the mechanic.

 

One eyewitness yarn say,

 

“Na small thing remain make dem beat am. If no be say one Good Samaritan show face, the matter for don pass like this.”

 

Na the Good Samaritan come settle the gbege by paying the woman the ₦3,000, and even give OPC guys ₦2,000 make dem use cool body.

 

After the payment, dem release the mechanic and the crowd begin disperse slowly as peace return to the area.

 

Locals don use the incident take laugh, but some also warn say men wey no wan pay, make dem no dey enter agreement.

 

As one area man talk,

 

“If you no wan pay, no dey go dey toast olosho. Agreement na agreement.”
