Nigeria Women U17 Assistant Coach, Adanna Nwaneri has appreciated the leadership of the Nigeria Football Federation for giving her the opportunity to attend the Saudi Arabia Football Federation / Confederation of African Football  women high level workshop held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 

Adanna who was an influential member of 1999 Super Falcons team that played up to the quarter finals of the Women World Cup in USA said the  workshop was highly technical and would assist her further in her duties as an Assistant Coach of the Flamingos who crushed their Burkina Faso counterparts by seven goals to one on aggregate to qualify for the final round of the Dominican 2024 U17 World Cup. 

According to the Heartland Queens Coach, "sincerely, the workshop was very rewarding with Women coaches from various Federation in attendance.  Saudi Arabian Football Federation was on top of organization, and top notch resource persons were on ground to deliver lectures on various areas of the game". 

She appreciated the NFF for giving her the opportunity, and said that with such opportunities made available to Women coaches in further, they the developmental level of the game in the country will be faster. 

The training workshop ended on Saturday 18 May 2024.
