There is a famous latin phrase that goes "Vox Populi, Vox Dei" when translated to English it simply means" The Voice of the people is the voice of God", 

On Tuesday the 3rd of September 2023, the law  took it's place as  the voice of the people was challenged at the election petition tribunal,  where the 
Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly RT. Hon. Emmanuel Ihuoma Emeruwa's victory at the March 18 2023  for the Aba South State Constituency elections was challenged by Nnabugwu Sunday Ujoumunna of the All Progress Congress. But as God may have it the law  reaffirmed the well well deserved victory victory of RT. Hon. Emeruwa 

The members of the tribunal unanimously ruled that the petition was lacking in merit,has no local standi and   no proof of evidence, the petition was subsequently dismissed. 

The victory has  gone further  to proof
that the mandate given to RT. Hon. Emmanuel Ihuoma Emeruwa by the good people of Aba South State Constituency was   a divine one.

The People Of Aba South State Constituency Have Spoken and Their Voice Is The Voice Of God.
