Prophet Oluwaseun Akinnubi has been arrested by the Ondo State Police Command on allegations of impregnating his landlord's wife in Ore, the capital of the Odigbo local government area in Ondo State.

 

According to Leadership Newspaper, a source at the headquarters of the Ore Police Division noted that the pastor is currently in police custody, and an investigation is ongoing.

The woman, known as Mama Precious, was allegedly hypnotized by the preacher, who had established the Christ the Helper Foundation Ministry in the town. Reportedly, the landlord, Tubosun, and his wife had provided shelter for Akinnubi when he had nowhere else to stay.

It is alleged that the prophet put the landlord under hypnosis and had a relationship with his wife, who is a mother of four, all while living under her husband's roof. Subsequently, the Ondo State Police Command in Ore arrested him.

The arrest reportedly occurred during a naming ceremony for the child born to Mama Precious, which the prophet attended. Following these events, the prophet is said to have rented another apartment and moved the woman out of her husband's house.

A source close to the landlord's family shared, "After getting the woman pregnant, the prophet rented another apartment and moved her out of her husband’s house."

The source also stated, "At that point, we knew that the prophet had already hypnotized Tubosun because of the way he was acting. We think he is no longer thinking straight."
