The People's Democratic Party (PDP) Like Minds Group has announced the "Fix PDP to Fix Nigeria" conference, which will take place on October 8 at the Shehu Musa Yar'Adua Centre in Abuja.

In a press statement issued on Wednesday by Princess Bolanle Ogundiran, the event is described as an important step towards rebuilding and rebranding the PDP. The conference aims to strengthen unity among party members, develop effective governance strategies, and promote transparency and accountability within the party.

"The goal of this conference is to build a unified and stronger PDP, enhance party governance, and ensure accountability at all levels," Ogundiran stated.

The event will also focus on improving policy development and implementation, increasing public engagement, and fostering greater participation in the political process. According to Ogundiran, “This is a crucial step toward restoring Nigeria's lost glory. We invite all stakeholders to join us in this collective effort.”
