Germany on Friday bagged the Bronze medal of the Eight edition of the 2024 Paris Olympics Women’s football with a lone goal victory over Spain via penalty at the Stade Lyon in France.

Spanish Goalkeeper Cata Coll had collided with the Star girl of the match, Guilla Gwinn in the box that attracted a yellow card from Ref Katia Garcia of Mexico in the 63rd minute. Guinn was treated on the turf while in pain but came back to score the only goal of the match in the 65th minute.
