Abia State governor, Dr Alex Otti has received lots of  commendations by well meaningful Abia for his administration’s strides in infrastructure and development, following the commissioning of 14 completed road projects in Aba.

The newly inaugurated roads were officially commissioned on June 10, 2025, in what many inhabitants of the city have described as a transformative moment for Aba, historically plagued by poor infrastructure.

Speaking on the governor's developmental strides the CEO of Ibiza Hotels and Resort Aba, Owelle Greg Okafor has described Gov. Otti as a messiah that has come to deliver the state from underdevelopment. The  infrastructural revolution of Dr Otti is the first of it's kind since the creation of the state.

He urged the governor to keep up with the good jobs as he has transformed Aba , a city 
which used to once be   labelled as one of the dirtiest in Nigeria into one of the cleanest urban centres in the country, 

He praised the governor for his  administration's   transparency, long-term vision, and commitment to rebuilding the state.
