The Nasarawa State FA Chairman, Alhaji Salisu Usman Galadima welcome the coordinator for the North Central zone of the npfl U17 youth league.

In a brief ceremony at the Lafia City Stadium, Salisu Usman Galadima welcomed the leadership of the league body to the state as he assured them of the State's unalloyed support all through the event.

"I want to welcome you all to the beautiful state of Nasarawa as you begin the tournament be rest assured of our support".

"It is quite unfortunate that our team, Nasarawa United are not in the apex league but we are sure that all things been equal we will return to the npfl and the team will play in the next edition of the youth league, he concluded''.

High point of the ceremony was the presentation of the the npfl U17 youth league souvenir was handed to the FA Chairman by Zone Coordinator, Barr Paul Edeh.
