Nollywood Actress Chizzy Alichi recently buried her father in Enugu State.  The late Mr Alex Alichi was laid to rest on Friday 5 January. 

Big shots from Nollywood, like Kanayo O Kanayo and Chiwetalu Agu, were there, to honor one of their own,  expressing and celebrating with her on a life well-lived by the family. 
 

The burial took place in her hometown and drew the presence of fellow colleagues such as Kanayo O. Kanayo, Rachael Okonkwo, Uju Okoli, Browny Igbokwe, Chiwetalu Agu, and Stanley Igboanugo.

Kanayo O. Kanayo shared a glimpse of the funeral reception on his Instagram, capturing the moment he arrived at the venue, exchanged greetings with colleagues and guests.

In a heartfelt scene, the veteran actor received a warm hug from Chizzy Alichi upon entering. Chizzy, in a touching gesture, knelt down to express gratitude for honouring her invitation.

The video also showed Kanayo extending greetings to Chizzy’s husband, generously sprayed bundles of cash while the actress danced with her father’s portrait in hand.
