Abia State House Of Assembly  has described reports making waves in certain sessions of the media,that some journalists were walked out of Assembly as false and baseless.

According to a press release issued by The Chief Press Secretary to The Speaker Mr Okechukwu Ujoh, no accredited journalist was walked out during the press conference,  only the accredited journalist and names of their media outfits were submitted to the security personnel at the House of Assembly Complex. He described such an allegation as  baseless and of no truth.

Mr Ujoh went further to explain that due to the capacity of the conference room  throngs of journalists won't be able to gain access to the conference  which led to the decision to reduce the invitation to few media houses until more spacious alternative is gotten.

Mr Ujoh urged media practitioner to see things and situations from the right perspectives  devoid of sentiments and also to ensure that ethics of the profession should guide their actions and stories and urged Abians to disregard such stories.
