One 24-year-old Nigerian man, Gift Oladele, don stand for court for Mold Crown Court where e strongly deny allegation say e rape one 19-year-old woman for Wrexham.

 

According to prosecutors, the woman talk say the incident happen after she return from night outing. The prosecution lawyer, James Coutts, tell the court say the girl claim say Oladele drag am from the main road enter nearby bush area where she say the attack happen.

 

The teenager tell the jury say she become very afraid during the alleged incident.

 

“I freeze. I feel say I no fit move because I know wetin wan happen,” she tell the court.

 

The prosecution also claim say the woman talk say she was h!t several times and say her jeans tear during the struggle. After the incident, she manage reach house, wake her parents and later report the matter to police.

 

But when Oladele enter witness box on Friday, March 13, he deny all the accusations.

 

“I no r@pe this girl. Na lie,” he tell the court.

 

Oladele admit say he waka with the woman early that morning while she dey go house, but he insist say the story wey she tell about wetin happen after that one no be true.

 

He also admit say dem later have consensual s+x before he leave her for one alley, though he accept say leaving her there fit look bad.

 

The case still dey continue as the jury go examine all the evidence before dem reach final judgement.
