Nigerian women's football star Francisca Ordega has signed a two-year deal with Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad Ladies, joining from Russian club CSKA Moscow.

The 31-year-old forward joined Al-Ittihad Ladies as a free agent after her contract with CSKA Moscow expired. This move reunites her with fellow Nigerian international Ashleigh Plumptre, who also plays for the Saudi Arabian club.

During her successful spell with CSKA Moscow, Ordega played 84 matches, scoring 29 goals and providing 20 assists. Her impressive performances helped the team win the Russian Cup and one Super Cup victory.

Ordega has also played for several other clubs, including Levanter, Athletico Madrid, Washington Spirit, and Shanghai Shengli. Her new club, Al-Ittihad Ladies, currently sits seventh in the 10-team league table with 15 points.
