The CEO Ibiza Hotels and Resort Aba, Owelle Greg Okafor has sent a congratulatory message to Governor Alex Otti of Abia State on the occasion of his 60th birthday celebration.

In a message released to the media, Owelle Greg Okafor described the governor as a quintessential leader whose unwavering commitment and progressive work has taken Abia to a new height of greatness.

Governor Alex Chioma Otti of Abia State was born on the 17th of February 1965.
