 The sports community in Nigeria is celebrating a significant milestone as Mr. Uche Paulinus Odozor has been elected President of the World Baseball and Softball Confederation Africa (WBSC Africa), marking a proud moment for Nigerian and African sports development on the global stage.

 

In a congratulatory message issued by Mr. Agbor Clinton A, Director General of the All FCT Sports Association (AFSA), on behalf of His Royal Majesty Sir Eze Ifeanyi, the association extended heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Odozor on his “well-deserved victory” in the continental election.

 

“Your election is a testament to your unwavering dedication, visionary leadership, and exemplary service as a sports administrator,” the statement read.

 

Mr. Odozor’s journey to the top of WBSC Africa has been paved with years of relentless commitment to the promotion and development of baseball and softball across the continent.
