Edo State Sports Commission has extended the contract of Edo Queens coach, Moses Aduku, for an additional two years. This renewal ensures Aduku's continued leadership of the team.

Aduku's impressive 2024 campaign, which saw the team win the league title and the West Zone B (WAFU-B) Women's Champions League title, led to this contract extension. The team also finished fourth at the 2024 CAF Women's Champions League.

The contract extension comes just before the 2024/2025 league campaign kicks off on January 15, 2025. Edo Queens will begin their title defense against Abia Angels at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City.

Additionally, Anthony Ipogah has been appointed as Scouting Coach, and Princess Omoyemwen Adeyinka Afolabi as Welfare Officer.
