One of the revelations of the just concluded inaugural N-Youth League is workaholic midfielder Michael Odinaka Uzoigwe. 

A dominating central midfielder who can play as a No. 4 or No. 10. The defensive midfielder is exceptionally disciplined,  picks up possession,  presses oppositions and shifts the ball quickly and purposefully. 

Having joined Abia Warriors youth system from Umunneochi based outfit Bohold FC during the midseason window, he is being rated by many as the next superstar as promotion to the sensor team is within touching distance amid other NPFL teams having his name on their radars already for a potential summer deal.

A supremely talented player who shone brightly during the NLO playoffs at the okpala centre with a tantalising strike against Buberio FC on matchday 3 standing arguably as one of the top rated midfielders at the okpala centre.

 In addition to being athletic, active -- his off the ball movement sees him arrive frequently in goal-scoring positions -- and opportunistic, the 18-year-old is excellent in the air as he handles aerial duels seamlessly, giving his team the much needed depth in winning possession back.

Boasting of an impressive height and good control of the ball, the young midfielder is renowned for inter switch of balls effortlessly with both legs which is geared towards initiating counterattacking football for his team-a great asset in modern day football. 

He announced himself in the youth league with such a commanding display with limited time one could be left in awe of what this gifted midfielder would have done in a whole long season, a scenario that the process of time would definitely unveil.
