In the wake of actor Bolanle Ninalowo's marriage separation announcement, fellow Nollywood star Yul Edochie has shared his candid thoughts on marriage. He urged couples not to view marriage as a 'do-or-die affair' and offered valuable insights.

Yul Edochie stated on his Facebook page, "Marriage is a beautiful thing, don't let anyone discourage you. If your dream is to get married, go ahead and achieve your dream."

He emphasized that while there are tips for a long-lasting marriage, there's no guaranteed formula. "You can marry someone you dated for 10 years, and the marriage won't last. You can marry someone you met yesterday and have a long-lasting marriage," he said.

Edochie also highlighted that the reasons for marriage breakdowns are often private, known only to the couple. He encouraged couples to try their best but not to see a failed marriage as the end of the world. "Some journeys last forever while some have to end for others to begin. Love and peace always," he concluded.
