One sad tin happen for Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Idi-Aba, Abeokuta, as di acting Head of Audit, Adeniyi Oluwaseun, take im own life by jumping inside well for Obantoko area of Abeokuta, Ogun State, on Sunday.

Dem say Adeniyi just finish dinner before im jump inside well. Him family dey prepare for im pikin wedding, and nobody know say im get any problem.

Dem retrieve im body from di well and carry am go mortuary. Di reason why im take im own life no dey clear, but some people talk say im bin get mental health issues before, but dem no talk am out.

Segun Orisajo, wey be Head of Public Relations and Communication for FMC Abeokuta, confirm di incident. Him talk say di hospital dey sad about di loss.

"Na true say im commit suicide. E be sad tin. Di management dey feel am," Orisajo talk.

Him describe Adeniyi as person wey dedicate imself to work, and say im death shock both staff and management.

"Di tin shock us all. Na quiet and irreparable loss. Di management dey condole with di department, and im family members," Orisajo add.
