Kenya Pipeline Earn Comfortable Win Against Rwanda Police
Kenya Pipeline made a strong start to their campaign at the 2025 Africa Women's Volleyball Club Championship, defeating Rwanda Police 3-1 (25-10, 25-19, 21-25, 25-18) in Pool D. The Kenyan team dominated the first set, taking an 8-3 lead before Rwanda Police began to fight back. Despite a few impressive spikes and volleys from Police, Kenya Pipeline's excellent blocks and consistent play secured a 25-10 win.
In the second set, Kenya Pipeline maintained their momentum, capitalizing on Police's errors to extend their lead. Although Police staged a late comeback, Kenya Pipeline's advantage proved too great, and they took the set 25-19.
Rwanda Police refused to give up, however, and they fought back to win the third set 25-21. But Kenya Pipeline regained their composure in the fourth set, determined to secure the win. With a strong team effort, they took the final set 25-18, sealing their comfortable victory.
