Wikki Tourists FC showcased their dominance in the Northern Conference C of the #NNL25, delivering a convincing 3-1 victory over Jigawa Golden Stars on Saturday, January 11, at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium in Bauchi.

Wikki wasted no time as Nentaka found the back of the net just two minutes into the game, giving the home team an early advantage.

Jigawa Golden Stars leveled the score in the 33rd minute when Abdulaziz Suleman converted a stunning free kick to bring the game to 1-1.

The hosts quickly responded, with Jonathan Mairiga regaining the lead in the 36th minute, thanks to sustained pressure on Jigawa’s defense. The first half ended 2-1 in Wikki’s favor.

In the second half, Wikki’s substitutes made their mark. Sadeeq Abdullahi headed home a brilliant cross from Saifullah to secure the third goal and seal the victory.
