Former Super Falcons goalkeeper, Judith Chime has presented an award to Dr Ngozi Orjioke a medical practitioner based in Atlanta,Georgia, USA.

The award is based on her support to Judith Chime Foundation in the development of the girl child in Nigeria.

Dr. Ngozika Orjioke, a board-certified internal medicine, pulmonary, and critical care medicine physician, has built a remarkable career spanning continents and cultures. With a unique blend of clinical expertise, administrative acumen, and healthcare policy knowledge, Dr. Orjioke has become a respected leader in the global healthcare community.

Speaking at the short event, Dr Orjioke was full of appreciation to the efforts of Judith Chime foundation in the department of the girl child in Nigeria. She promised to always be there to support the foundation in their future programmes.

Earlier, the founder of Judith Chime Foundation, who was a former Super Falcons goalkeeper, Judith Chime had appreciated Dr Orjioke for always being there whenever she is called upon.

Born in Nigeria, Dr. Orjioke's early life was marked by extensive travel with her family, exposing her to diverse cultures and peoples. This experience instilled in her a deep sense of compassion and cultural sensitivity, which she now brings to her medical practice.

After graduating from Trinity School in England, Dr. Orjioke returned to Nigeria to earn her medical degree. She began her practice in Nigeria before moving to Shepparton, Australia, where she continued to hone her skills.

Dr. Orjioke's pursuit of excellence led her to the United States, where she completed her residency in internal medicine at St. Joseph's Hospital in Chicago. Her commitment to lifelong learning has earned her numerous certifications, including an MBA.
