For di ruling wey happen on Monday, Justice Emeka Nwite talk say di medical report wey Bello bring as proof no get signature, and dat one mean say e no follow for law.

 

Bello dey face serious money laundering palava wey EFCC carry come court. Di case na about N80.2 billion wey dem talk say him mismanage when e dey power.

 

As e still dey answer dis case for Justice Nwite front, Bello bin beg make dem give am back him passport so he fit travel go UK go treat him health. E say na hypertension wey don worry am for over 15 years dey disturb am.

 

Di judge still talk say e no agree with EFCC wey yarn say di application na abuse of court process. E say di matter dey okay as e enter court well-well and follow all proper legal step.

 

Bello still get another similar case for Federal Capital Territory High Court, Maitama, for Justice Maryanne Anenih hand.

 

For now, di former governor go still dey without him passport, as di court no gree release am give am. Trial go continue as court don dey push di matter go front.
