The former Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, as well as the Federal Capital Territory Authority (FCTA), Olusade Adesola, is mourning the loss of his mother-in-law, Mrs. Rachael Kehinde Otitoju, who passed away recently after a brief illness.

Olusade announced that the 79-year-old septuagenarian, who lived a meritorious life, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family. Mrs. Otitoju leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication, having raised numerous children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and in-laws who cherished her.

Among her surviving family members is Olusade Adesola, one of the most distinguished Permanent Secretaries in Nigeria’s history. Reflecting on the loss, Olusade expressed deep admiration for his mother-in-law’s lasting legacy. "She left behind a legacy that will continue to live on through her children and their accomplishments," he said.

According to Olusade, Mrs. Otitoju's children have gone on to make significant strides in both secular and spiritual endeavors, a testament to her enduring influence.

"She accomplished so much during her time on earth," Olusade added. "I have faith that we will all reunite with her in God's kingdom."

Mrs. Rachael Kehinde Otitoju will be remembered as a loving matriarch who positively impacted the lives of those around her and leaves behind a family deeply committed to carrying on her values and principles.
