Nigerian billionaire and philanthropist Femi Otedola has expressed admiration for his daughter Temi Otedola’s performance in the newly released supernatural thriller Ms Kanyin.

Taking to social media on Saturday, the proud father shared a short clip from the film along with a heartfelt message praising Temi’s work.

“So proud of my star @temiotedola on the release of her amazing new movie ‘Ms Kanyin’. Watch now on Amazon Prime Video 🎬 …F.Ote💲,” he wrote.

Ms Kanyin, which premiered on Amazon Prime Video on June 27, is a suspense-packed production from Nemsia Studios, directed by Jerry Ossai.

The film centers on Amara, a gifted yet headstrong student at a boarding school, played by Temi. After breaking a forbidden rule, Amara unknowingly unleashes the vengeful spirit of Madame Koi-Koi. As terror grips the school, she joins forces with a staff member in a desperate attempt to stop the haunting and unravel long-hidden truths.

The movie features a strong supporting cast including Michelle Dede, Kanaga Jnr, Toluwani George, Natse Jemide, Kalu Ikeagwu, Demola Adedoyin, Keppy Ekpenyong, Blessing Onwukwe, and Francis Onwochei.

Temi Otedola made her acting debut in Kunle Afolayan’s Citation, and continues to establish herself as a rising force in Nollywood with this latest role.
