In pursuance of his infrastructural development agenda, the Mayor Obingwa LGA Chief Eric Egwuibe  has embarked on the construction and rehabilitation of some very important roads in the council.

The Zerock - Umuodukwu road leading to Ikot Ekpene road which hitherto wasn't  motorable  has been completely graded and now wears a new look. Also Currently under construction is the Ehere timber market internal road.

The Timber market road which like the Zerock-Umudukwu road is under the supervision of Mr Chuks  Jacob is expected to be completed in a short time.

The road rehabilitation program of The Mayor Chief Eric Egwuibe is a true testament to his resolve to sanitize the Obingwa and assist the State government under the able leadership of The Governor Dr Alex C. Otti to bring the dividends of democracy to the people.
