Earl Osaro Onaiwu, the founding Director-General of the PDP Governors’ Forum, has praised the governors elected under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for what he described as “transformational policies and people-centered governance” being implemented across their respective states despite mounting political pressure and intimidation.

In a statement issued on Sunday, Onaiwu highlighted the remarkable strides made by PDP governors in key areas such as infrastructure, education, healthcare, and social welfare. He noted that in regions where good governance is being celebrated today, PDP leadership continues to stand out.

“From Enugu to Zamfara, Oyo to Bauchi, Taraba to Adamawa, Osun to Plateau, and Bayelsa, PDP governors are showing Nigerians what true leadership looks like,” he said. “Even in the face of distractions and intimidation, they have remained focused on delivering real results to their people.”

Onaiwu pointed to improved road networks, investment in public health systems, youth empowerment initiatives, and stronger education policies as indicators of meaningful progress being recorded in PDP led states.

“They are not just building roads they are building hope. They are not just constructing hospitals they are saving lives. In times like this, when the country is facing so many challenges, the people deserve leaders who put them first. PDP governors are doing just that,” he added.

He also emphasized the need for Nigerians to recognize and support leadership that works, urging the Federal Government to cooperate with performing state governments regardless of political affiliations.

“This is about Nigeria, not party lines. These governors are making a difference, and we must all acknowledge and encourage such efforts. That’s how we move the country forward.”

Onaiwu reaffirmed his commitment to amplifying good governance and defending those who are making measurable impact at the state level, while calling on other leaders to draw inspiration from the dedication and discipline PDP governors have shown across the country.
