After lawyer dem from both side talk their own, the court, wey H.A. Nnokam lead with L.G. Wokeh, agree with Chief Sam Ngbor.
The court say Mrs. Ngbor no get right to use the name "Ngbor" or any way wey she fit change am, without her ex-husband permission.
Dem tell her say make she go back to her family name, or pick another name. Dem say she no fit call herself "Mrs. Kate Ngbor" or "Mrs. Kate Sam-Ngbor" again.
Neither of dem come court when dem give the judgment, but their lawyer dem dey there."
