Abuja based football Academy, CKD Academy will be playing a friendly match against Nasarawa United today, Thursday 19th October, 2023 by 3pm, at the FIFA Goal Project Pitch of the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.

Nasarawa United  who got relegated to the second tier league, last season are kicking off their preparation for upcoming  Nigeria national league season  with a friendly against the  newly formed  CKD academy.
The friendly is meant to gauge their   fitness  level and to build the players up while creating a feeling of camaraderie  within the team  

Speaking ahead of the friendly,media aide to Honourable minister 9f sports development and president of CKD academy,kola Daniel  said 'the essence of the academy is to complement what government is doing and create enabling environment for young aspiring players to showcase their skills and most likely be spotted by the big teams '

CKD Academy will be parading young and promising players, who can represent Nigeria outside the shores of the country in the near future.

The Academy participated in the last three scouting programs in Abuja, and will be giving Nasarawa United a run for their money.
