Defender Tosin Adarabioyo has expressed his desire to one day represent Nigeria’s national team, the Nigeria national football team.

The 28-year-old centre-back, who currently plays for Chelsea F.C., said he closely followed the Super Eagles during the last edition of the Africa Cup of Nations and was impressed by the team’s performance.

“I followed the Super Eagles at the last Africa Cup of Nations, and they are a fantastic team,” Adarabioyo said.

He added that wearing the green and white jersey of Nigeria would be a proud moment for him, although his immediate focus remains on his club career.

“I would be delighted to wear the Super Eagles jersey, but for now, I remain focused on club football,” the defender stated.

Adarabioyo, who is eligible to represent Nigeria through his heritage, has been the subject of calls from Nigerian football fans who hope he will eventually commit his international future to the Super Eagles.
