CAFWCLQ: Hassacas Ladies Coach Bemoans Defeat To Edo Queens

The Head coach of Hasaaca Ladies of Ghana Emmanuel Mensah has regret the inability of his girls to hold on to their games against the Nigerian champions, Edo Queens of Benin.

The Coach who accused his girls of giving up so easy in the match, despite playing goalless in the first half.

According to him, "despite playing a goalless draw in the first half, we still went ahead to suffer a 3-0 defeat in that game" .

Mensah admitted they've not been at their best in the competition. " Football is very chaotic. If you're conceding and you don't keep your head up, you keep on conceding. And I think the girls gave up too early. "They should have still fought till the end, but they gave up too early.

Continuing he said “the other thing, is that my attacking role has been found wanting in this competition, as they have not been in their best this time.

" It's unfortunate because that is not Hasaacas' standard. We need to work on that area  in other games, so that we can score goals," he concluded.
