The Bini Awareness Group is set to honor outstanding individuals who have contributed exceptionally to various sub-sectoral areas of the Bini people.

Speaking with the media in Abuja, Earl Osaro Onaiwu, President of the group emphasized that the recognition ceremony which holds in December will celebrate exceptional Binis in the media ,arts and entertainment, fashion and cultural industries ,realtors among others.

"This initiative aims to promote Bini excellence, culture , language and inspire future generations to uphold the great cultural heritage of the Bini people.

He stressed that Individuals who have brought significant impacts in the Science and technology space, business entrepreneurs, academias humanitarians and  farmers in business will also be honoured.
Selfless individuals making a positive impact in their communities through philanthropic efforts and 
those who have
 attracted business investments to the  seven local governments 

Among the categories are:

*Media*: Individuals who have made significant contributions to the media industry, shaping the narrative of the Bini people.

 *Entertainment* : Talented entertainers who have showcased Bini culture and creativity to the world.
- 
- *Real Estate*: Pioneers in real estate development, transforming the landscape of Benin.
- 
- *Fashion and Culture*: Designers, artists, and cultural ambassadors promoting Bini heritage through fashion and art.
- **Humanitarians*:Leaders who have put smiles on the faces of the widows,the vulnerable, women and girls, motherless babies homes etc are among those to be recognized.
