Bayine Sports Protege Shines In Pyramids
BY RAYMOND NWADUBA
Bayine Sports Academy offshoot, Samuel Amusan has begun life in Egyptian premier league top side, Pyramids on a flying note.
The box-to-box midfielder, who was rewarded with a three-year deal by the club's youth team, got off to his best possible start in the season, scoring 2 goals in 4 matches to underline his importance and huge potentials.
Amusan couldn't have dreamt of a better possible start in a new club than this, as his instant hit or impression helps his course for a claim in the main team.
"I'm very excited and feel over the moon regarding the performances of Samuel in Pyramids, says Bayine Sports Academy director, James Adebayo, who took the player to the Eyptian club before the start of the new season.
"This obviously will open more doors for more business with the club if he continues the way he has started.
"He just needs to stay focused and work harder both in training and matches and not allow the small success get into his head.
"Samuel has all the potentials to make the transition from the youth team to the senior side in no distant time, but he just has to keep working on his game and keep replicating such five star performances like he has done in his first four games", he concluded.
The 18 year-old star is indeed one for the future as he keeps developing in Egypt.
