The management of Barau Football Club has announced the immediate suspension of Salisu Yusuf as Technical Adviser. This decision was made following a meeting where Yusuf's efforts during his tenure were acknowledged, particularly in the Nigerian National League (NNL) 2024/2025.

As a result, Chief Coach Rabi'u Tata has been appointed as the interim Technical Adviser, with his assistant providing support to the team. The management's decision marks the end of Yusuf's tenure as Technical Adviser of Barau FC.
