Hardworking, courageous, brave like the Lion, fearless like the honey badger, unrelenting in pursuit of his goals, enduring like the camel and donkey when carrying the burdens of other people, strong like a horse, smallish in terms of physical structure but mighty like the massive elephant in terms of strength. Humble in appearance and action but daring and averse to injustice. 

Passionate and in haste to turn around the fortunes of Sports in Nigeria for good but death, Oh! death, you terminated his Mission but it is a temporary setback because his Vision remains in the heart of many who shall continue with the Mission.

Let me also mention here that his brief service as Team Manager of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Football Club is commendable. He moved on to higher engagements to the extent that he emerged as Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Sports.

I believe that the Most Important thing any human can achieve on Earth is to IMPACT THE LIVES OF FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS POSITIVELY. If you are endowed and you end up serving yourself and immediate family, you didn't live your life well.

Hon. Ekene Abubakar Adams was born, lived well by affecting positively the lives of the less privileged in particular and he has transited to the hereafter. As his physical body is being committed to mother earth today, Saturday 20th July, 2024, Spectator believes that the Almighty God will grant his soul eternal rest and give fortitude to the bereaved Family and everyone to bear the loss.
