Federal High Court for Abuja don stop Nigerian Police Force (NPF) from using DNA test result against former Minister of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs, Kabiru Turaki, for one paternity case.

Turaki lawyer, Abdulaziz Ibrahim, talk say Police wan use “DNA test result wey dem do against him human rights” for criminal case wey dey for Abuja Magistrate Court.
Before now, on February 18, Justice Ekwo no gree stop Police from using di DNA result because him say e go hear from all di people wey dey involved before him go decide.
But for di recent hearing, Turaki lawyer complain say Police never obey court order to explain why dem wan use di DNA result. Instead, dem file another paper to argue di main case.
Di judge vex say Police no follow him order and agree to shift di case, but him also talk say make nobody do anything wey go affect Turaki prayers until di next hearing.
