This visit was Mrs. Otti's second, demonstrating her unwavering support for Amarachi's recovery and well-being.

During her visit to the palace of HRM Eze Allen Okpokiri, Amarachi's uncle, Mrs. Otti expressed gratitude for Amarachi's miraculous recovery and reaffirmed the Abia State Government's commitment to helping her rebuild her life. She pledged financial assistance to enable Amarachi to start a business and promised that the perpetrators would face justice, emphasizing the administration's zero-tolerance stance on gender-based violence.

Mrs. Otti urged community leaders to take a proactive stance in eradicating gender-based violence, emphasizing the importance of collective action. Amarachi expressed heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Otti for her continued support, recalling how the First Lady covered her medical bills and personally monitored her recovery.
