The Sherifat Kola-Daisi (SKODA)/Ibadan Football Council Women's League has commenced at the Olubadan Stadium, Ibadan. 

This year's Competition which is the second edition is featuring Eight team, playing Sixteen matches. The teams which have been grouped into two groups of four teams on each side.

Each team will play three matches in its group. The participating team Adewale Babes, Tee Talents, Jogbin Femina FC, Lagelu Notable SS, Apex Angels, De Pride Queens, Sunlight Queens, and Oluyole Flaming Queens.

The Competition kicked off on Saturday, August 24 inside the main bowl of Olubadan Stadium.

In the Opening matches, TEE Talents SA lost five goal to nil to Apex  Angels FC. The goals came through Odekunle IfeOluwa who scored twice while Shodunke Rofiyat, Waliyat Adeshina Micra and 
Favour Lazarus scored the others. 

The second match of the day was between Lagelu Notable SS  and Jogbon Femina FC which ended 2-2.
Toreera Maranroola and Abigail Farotide scored for the Lagelu girls, while Adeyemo Zainab and Odesanya Odunayo were the scorers for the Jogbon girls.
